Main Features
① Heating mode: two burners or electric heating can be used; The circulating fan penetrates the hot air through the air duct, blows it down and sucks it up; Achieve the maximum energy-saving effect;
③ The rack is welded with 120mm square pipe and connected with 120mm square pipe; Structural stability;
④ The transmission mesh roller adopts seamless steel pipe and chrome plating after fine grinding; The pressing roller is made of stainless steel;
⑤ Frame with front and rear access curtain; Each 1000mm long, effectively ensuring deviation correction and stable operation of motor;
⑥ Single layer mesh belt drives separately, and each main drive adopts frequency conversion control;
⑦ The bearing adopts domestic famous brand, Dongguan tr bearing (with shell) high temperature
⑧ Fine turning and grinding of drum shaft, static / dynamic balance by computer balancing machine, control and adjustment within 0.03-0.05mm.
⑨ The motor adopts red flag motor, and the reducer adopts Shengbang reducer, which is directly supplied by the manufacturer with quality assurance.
⑩ All transmission parts are treated with phosphating and rust prevention. The phosphating color is uniform and black, with strong adhesion and no fading.
