1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial
order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate
the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking
quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge
for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain
quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your
account,if not, you can pay the freight charge， and you pay to us by Alibaba account or T/T
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own
designs, it takes 7-10 days, subject to your designs whether they need new
printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can
ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Pls kindly prepare the artwork in AI format. And designer can apply your AI file on the product and do the effection for your
confirmation
6.How many colors are available?
You can tell us the Panton number you wanted, we will do the product according to requested
7.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70%
against copy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
