DSC Progressive Divider Valves 
DSC is progressive dividers is generally composed of 3-10 working valve pieces, its head and tail valve pieces are working valve pieces. There are 5 displacement specifications for the working valve disc, and different displacement specifications can be. selected for combination. The distributor valve disc has two side outlet structure, which can be changed to one side outlet by merging, and the displacement is superimposed. The distributor valve disc is sealed with O-ring, the whole has good sealing, stable and reliable oil.




DSF Progressive Divider Valves
DSF type progressive distributor is a small displacement plate distributor, which is composed of a first piece installation valve plate and several working valve plates. Generally, a group of DSF type distributors has 3-10 working valve plates, and the valve plates have four displacement specifications. Different displacement specifications can be selected for combination. The working valve plate of the distributor is a structure of oil outlet on both sides, which can be changed into a single oil outlet by merging, and the displacement is superposed. O-ring seal is adopted between the distributor working valve plates, which has good sealing performance and stable and reliable oil delivery.




DSA Progressive Divider Valves 
 The DSA type progressive distributor consists of 3-10 working valve plates, with both the head and tail valve plates being working valve plates, and mounting brackets installed on the head and tail valve plates. The DSA type distributor has four displacement specifications, and users can choose different displacement specifications for combination. Each displacement specification is marked according to the actual displacement of the valve disc oil outlet. The distributor valve plates are sealed with O-ring seals, which have good overall sealing performance and stable and reliable oil output.




DDV Double Line Distributor
DDV double line distributor has two oil inlets, which distribute lubricant quantitatively to each lubrication point through
alternate oil supply, and is applicable to double line centralized lubrication system. The distributor is easy to install and
maintain, and has three rated displacement options. The distributor outlet can be equipped with an indicator rod, which can be adjusted to adjust the oil output, and can be used to judge whether the distributor works normally by observing the indicator rod.

DL Type Oil Injector
DL type oil injector is reasonably designed, and its internal structure is plunger type. It is applicable to thousands of medium and high pressure oil injection conditions. It can accurately lubricate each lubricating point, and the oil output is stable and reliable. The displacement of each stroke is continuously adjustable, and the displacement of each stroke can be adjusted without stopping the system. The lubricating points can be quickly set without redesigning the lubricating system. 
The DL type oil injector is a pressurized oil outlet, which stores oil when the system is unloaded. 
DL oil injector is sealed with aromatic rubber, which is applicable to thousands of high temperature environments (up to 176 ° C). It is widely used in thousands of working conditions and various mechanical equipment.








DSV Progressive Grease Distributor 
The DSV series progressive distributor is designed for small-size progressive lubrication systems. They are a cost efficient solution for supplying multiple lubrication points with relatively small volumes of oil and grease. The  series can be used with machine tools, processing machinery, presses, textile, printing and packaging machinery.
1 Oil Outlet :
Standard Flow : 0.17ml
2 Distribution principle
The plunger sleeve is connected through the oil hole to establish pressure. As long as there is pressure to allow the lubricant to enter the oil mouth, the distributor will run continuously in a progressive manner and fill with a constant displacement.
3 Alarm
Once the supplied pressure lubricant stops, all of the plungers in the dispenser will also stop moving. Therefore, by operating a specific indicator to observe the movement of an oil discharge plunger, the operation of the entire distributor can be monitored.
In the event of a blockage, an alarm can be issued.
4 Oil Outlet
The plunger which closest to the oil inlet ,discharges the lubricant oil first from the farthest oil outlet , and the other
plungers in the valve body discharge the quantitative lubricant through the next oil outlet.






Progressive Divider Valves DMA DMB 
The DMA DMB  progressive distributor is made up of a first piece, a tail piece and some working pieces. The oil is supplied to the lubricating points by point by continuous action of the plunger in the work piece. Each work piece has 2 outlets, usually one distributor has 3-10 work pieces.
The  working piece is modular design. The work piece is made up of a base block and a working valve block. It is versatile and easy to remove and maintain. It is suitable for high pressure and wide temperature changing conditions. The oil outlet is stable and reliable. The outlet can be equipped with a circular indicator to monitor the distributor's working state.
Selection rules of DMA DMB  distributor:
1. According to the position of the oil inlet, mark the displacement code of each work piece in sequence according to the order from top to bottom.
2.The work piece specification code T indicates that the working piece is the oil outlet on both sides. S indicates that the working piece is a unilateral outlet, and the suffix plus L and R indicate the direction of the oil outlet.
3.Users need to change the diameter of inlet and outlet tubing, please specify when ordering. See the overall dimension drawing for the threads of each distributor body.
4.the position of the circular indicator should be marked on the corresponding work piece. The suffix plus L and R indicate the direction of the indicator.
5. If you need to merge the distributor outlet, you can install the adapter on the work piece, and use CF to indicate the details.
Under any circumstances, the user shall not block the distributor outlet, so as not to overpressure the distributor !!!!






Progressive Divider Valves DS1/DS2/DS3
DS1/DS2/DS3 series progressive grease distributor is an advanced design and reasonable structural oil distributor; Can be used in high pressure and wide temperature change conditions. It can be combined with electric and pneumatic pumps to form a single line lubrication system. It is used as a female distributor for various large machine tools and port of equipment , or for large single-line lubrication systems.
A standard set of dispensers consists of a "first chip"+a piece of "tail chip" + 3-10 piece. It can provides 3-20 lubrication
points for lubrication.
Double outlet working chip, (after size use T to indicate the double outlet), there are two oil outlets, at the two ends of the working chip; Note that for the double outlet working chip, can not Block any oil outlet, which will affect its normal operation and damage the distributor .
Single grease outlet working chip (after the specification value of ,use S to indicate the single grease outlet), there is an oil outlet, which can be any of end of the working piece, and the other end of the outlet oil needs to be blocked.










DU/MDU -Block Distributors
 DU/MDU type progressive distributor is an aluminum alloy integral structure with compact valve body, which is suitable for working conditions of medium and low pressure, and is widely used in forging machine tools, engineering machinery and other industrial equipment. The DU distributor has two types of standard valve bodies. The number of standard outlets is 8 and 12.
The displacement is 0.3ml/cyc. The number of oil outlets can be changed by changing the number of pistons and merging the outlets. The DU distributor can provide 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 oil outlets. The DU type distributor can be combined with the base distributor to form a MDU type distributor. The base distributor provides two to four oil outlets with a displacement of 1.5ml/cyc.
