Applicable material: Stainless steel pipe, steel pipe products, aluminum alloy pipe seamless pipe cutting, round hole cutting, square hole cutting, irregular graphics cutting.The cut thickness can be up to about 15mm.
Function: Fast cutting speed, high production efficiency, long service life, simple operation, zero consumables only need power supply, labor saving, safety and environmental protection, zero pollution, cutting pipe is burr free and so on.
Advantage: Compared with conventional processing methods, laser cutting also has obvious advantages. In the thermal cutting method, neither oxygen combustible cutting nor plasma cutting can concentrate energy in a very small area like a laser beam, resulting in a wide cut, a large heat affected zone, and a more obvious deformation of the workpiece. Oxy-combustible cutting equipment is small and requires little investment. It can cut steel plates up to 15mm thick. It is a very flexible cutting tool and is mainly used to cut low-carbon steel. However, due to its large heat-affected zone and low cutting speed, the incision is severely jagged and twisted. Therefore, it is rarely selected for cutting materials with a thickness below 20 mm and requiring precise dimensions. Plasma cutting is similar to laser cutting, which is significantly higher than flame cutting. However, the cutting energy is low, the top of the cutting edge is rounded, and the cutting edge obviously has a wave shape. During operation, it is also necessary to prevent the ultraviolet radiation generated by the arc from harming the operator.
