Silicone Carbide SISIC Sandblasting Nozzles
Reaction sintered sandblasting silicon carbide nozzle have high hardness and severe wear resistance and other characteristics.This kind of wear resistance product can be used to make sandblasting silicon carbide nozzle,water sand cutting nozzle and coal nozzle for steel mills,thermal power plants and other industries,its service life is 5-10 times that of ordinary materials.There are many kinds of ceramic materials used as nozzles,and commonly used are alumina,silicon carbide ceramics,etc.Alumina ceramic nozzles have mature production technology and lower price,but due to their low hardness,their wear resistance and erosion resistance are poor,so the alumina ceramic nozzles often used in occasions where the sand blasting load is not large.The service life of silicon carbide ceramics is 3 to 5 times that of alumina ceramics,due to the high hardness, corrosion resistance and high temperature strength of silicon carbide ceramics,makes silicon carbide ceramics widely used in many directions,such as refractories, seals, nozzles and so on.
Characteristics Silicone Carbide SISIC Sandblasting Nozzles：
1、The silicon carbide ceramic nozzle adopts dry bag CIP molding process, with high density (>3.15g/cm3), Vickers hardness above
23GPa, and excellent wear resistance.
2、Silicon carbide ceramic nozzles can be drilled and grooved, and the inner and outer diameters and end faces are finished
(including curved surfaces), and the processing accuracy is 0.01mm.
3、Silicon carbide ceramic nozzles are subjected to strict density, size, and surface fluorescence penetration testing.
4、 The service life of silicon carbide ceramic nozzles can reach 600-800 hours, which is more than twice as long as that of cemented carbide nozzles
