Currently we have following products:
1, Sunglasses, including all kinds of metal material(such as brass, stainless steel, titanium memory) and plastic(for instance like PC, TPE, CP, TR, Tritan, Recycle Ac material), and mixed material combination structure shapes!
2, Reading glasses, same as sunglasses, we are producing with all kinds of material which can be found in the market!
Our exporting volume for last year, reading glasses is about 70% of our total turnover! We are well known about our creative color combination and fresh beautiful shape design! Which makes our products quite distinguishable and well accepted by our customers! Our company current main customer is from USA, Europe and Japan etc!
We are now located near the WENZHOU Longwan airport, our producing room is more than 4000square meters, since 3 years ago, because trying to secure and supply the best quality products to customer, our owner decide to produce the reading glasses lens in our own factory, so we bought the best lens injecting machine from Xiamen, and also made the lens mould from Xiamen(our lens mould are well polished, we even plate our mould to make sure the every surface corner is good enough, therefore our lens quality can be identified one of the best top3 quality in Wenzhou). Our lens material is 100% Mitsubishi PMMA material! Currently our anti-blue light products both for reading glasses and young people(without power)are well sold(customers love our products!) We did special technical treatment both inside lens substance and also the outside coating!
Our products material is always purchased from stable quality material supplier(which is also our lens factory co-partner, who is first hand material dealer in the Wenzhou market). Each order, we can trace the raw material lot number, and whenever any products is starting to inject, we will test first, until the machine pressure and products come out good enough(we will assemble the spare parts to double check, if the products is in good shape)!
After the injection process, we will have a special team working on the detail of the products, to clean the rough edge happened when injecting, and then move into next rough polishing and detailed polishing process! Before our products move into next painting process(we arranged another special team to work on the detail, double check if everything is in good condition before painted to avoid consumption happened which is not in good finishing).
Every process, we have QC step to make sure the products is good enough to move into next line! We kept record of each QC process and took photo for reference(during so many years, each order we exported, we have one computer fold saved all of the photoes we took when our QC doing their QC job). Besides that, every order we kept real order sample in room, which can help matching the color and also used as quality reference when customer repeating order later! Our painting skill persons at least have more than 10 years painting experience! We always use handmade paint instead of just machine painting! Because it will make the products looks nicer and color can stay longer on the frame!
When customer got the demand, they will ask us to work together for the styles selecting, and our designer will join together to create the new shapes and colors, and come out new styles presentation file for final customer selection! Once the style been selected, we will come out 3D digital print hand sample for customer reevaluation! Once everything got confirmed, we will start the real mould tooling, and our designer will work on the relative package and other point designing!
