2. Portable Hyperbaric Chamber description
Portable Hyperbaric Chambers deliver oxygen at a safe and effective 1.3 ATA. With external and internal gauges, it's easy to see what pressure the chamber is operating at. All of chambers have 3 emergency exits that can be controlled by the user inside the chamber to safely exit the chamber quickly. Our two efficient compressors deliver 120L of air per minute into the chamber.
All of our chambers are manufactured using the finest engineering. The chamber itself is made of medical grade thermoplastic polyurethane and the joints are heat welded to ensure the safety of the user in the chamber.

High-strength TPU material
High-strength TPU material, thermoplastic polyurethane with a wide hardness range (60A-85D).
1.TPU plastic material has excellent wear resistance and is more than five times more resistant to natural rubber. It is one of the preferred materials for wear-resistant products.
2. TPU has good oxidation resistance; in general, TPU temperature resistance can reach 120 °C.
3. TPU has good water resistance under turbidity, and no obvious hydrolysis will occur within 1 to 2 years.
4. TPU has excellent biocompatibility, non-toxicity, no allergic reaction, no local irritation, no pyrogenicity.
YKK brand zipper
The chamber uses the Japanese imported YKK brand zipper, the zippers use Japan's precise technology, raw materials and management methods. after testing, the number of zippers can reach 10000 times. Double zipper design enhances airtightness and adds an extra layer of protection to the chamber.
The anti-roller
The anti-roll sponge has excellent elasticity, good resilience and no deformation. The increase in anti-roll
ensures the stability of the chamber during operation.
There are two kinds of anti-roll lengths at the bottom of the chamber, one is 90cm in length and the other is 45cm, which meets the different needs of customers.
Metal Frame
MACY-PAN portable hyperbaric oxygen Chamber comes with an internal metal frame to support the chamber when not in use.
The frame pieces come with the chamber box, and are connected with high strength plastic connectors. We will send spare connectors.
7 large viewing windows
There are 7 large viewing windows,people from inside can clearly see outside,vise versa.Effectively help patients with claustrophobia overcome fear.
Material: transparent TPU
Performance: high tensile strength, high transparency. Excellent wear resistance, excellent ozone resistance, high hardness, high strength, good elasticity, low temperature resistance, good oil resistance, chemical resistance and environmental resistance.
Sealing strip
Material: medical silicone

Silencer filter cotton
Material: The outer casing is made of ABS material grid. The inner core is activated carbon filter cotton + activated carbon fiber felt.

Material: aluminum 6063 ,surface oxidation treatment
The automatic pressure valve is used as the pressure pilot valve of the main valve in the automatic control system. When the pressure in the chamber is higher than the constant value of the constant pressure valve, the valve port is opened until it is fully open, and the pressure in the chamber is balanced to increase the gas circulation in the chamber.
the design of Emergency air deflate valve,in case of emergency,the user can press this valve to depressurize the chamber quickly, then open the zipper s and get out in a short time.
