Delrin/POM Plastic Balls: Delrin is the name commonly used for the less commonly known polyoxymethylene (POM) acetal plastic. It
has high mechanical strength and rigidity, is tough and tolerant to repeated impacts and has a good long term fatigue endurance.
It has excellent resistance to petroleum based solvents, moisture and other neutral chemicals. Its has good electrical insulating
properties and self lubricates in use. It can be operated within a wide operating temperature range up to 150℃.

test for your own application before selecting large quantities of this product.

applications. It's tough and flexible with good chemical resistance as well as resistance to fatigue and impact. It can degrade
with long exposures to sunlight but UV absorbing additives or carbon black colorant can be added to improve resistance.
Polypropylene is common in medical or laboratory use as it can withstand heat in an autoclave. It's resistant to most solvents and
glues but can be joined with a two part epoxy or hot-glue gun with proper surface preparation. Polypropylene can be recycled and has a resin identification code of "5". Common uses include: packaging, reusable containers, automotive components, light load
bearings and ball valves.

Nylon(PA, PA66) Plastic ball
Nylon, also known as Polyamide, has high tensile strength, good abrasion and impact resistance and is widely used in many domestic and industrial products. Having a higher melting temperature than other conventional plastics it can be used when added heat resistance is necessary. It offers good chemical resistance to common chemicals, alkalies, weak acids and is compatible with motor oil, transmission fluid, and methanol. Common uses include: screws, gears, knobs, and other low stress industrial applications formally made in metal.
