Description of JZC350 Diesel Powered Concrete Mixer:
Diesel Powered Concrete Mixer is mixer of double conical drums which discharge concrete by reverse-rotation, suitable for mixing plastic and semi-dry & hard concrete with the size of aggregate up to 60mm. Mixing is carried out when the mixing drum rotates in normal direction, and discharge is performed when the mixing drum rotates in reversed direction. Each time, the mixing drum can handle 0.35 cubic meters of concrete.
Diesel Powered Concrete Mixer is featured by diesel engine power, wire rope tipping hopper, novel construction, advanced performance, high productivity, high mixing quality, compact structure, low energy consumption, simple operation, etc. Therefore, It is particularly suitable for circumstances like ordinary construction sites, road construction, bridge work and small-sized prefabricated-component factories etc.

Portection Cover
Material: Q235 Steel Plate,3mm
Features:Made by Q235 Steel Plate,which thickness is 3 mm,make sure it can protect the Transmission System from damaged . What's more,because of the Engine was setted in the cover, which could prevent the dust and concrete from coming to engine directly. And thus the service life of the engine could be prolonged.
Chassis- mounted Big Water Tank
The water tank is mounted on the top of chassis of Mixer. The water tank and chassis is connected by bolt, which is connevient for maintenance. The total volume of water tank is 100 Liter.
The volume of the hydraulic tank is 70 liter. Much more bigger than other factory(Most of them is only about 30 Liter). This big hydraulic tank coud store more hydraulic oil and prevent hydraulic oil reach too high temperature when the mixer run for a long time.
The trailing rod of this mixer is much more bigger and stronger than oridinary type,
which make the mixer travel safely when dragged by truck.
Besides the normal two sets of pneumatic wheel, the mixer is also equipped with extra one set of Steel Guide Wheel in front, which could make the operator control the direction of mixer easily when pulling it.
Two Guiding wheels as option.
