Self leveling construction base treatment
1. the base course must be hard and dense, and the concrete grade shall not be lower than C25.
2. cement mortar surface is not allowed to be used for finishing.
3. The flatness of base course shall reach 3mm /2m.
4. The bond strength of base course shall be greater than 1.5n/ mm2.
5. the concrete and cement mortar ground base course shall be cured for at least 28 days, and the moisture content shall be less than 8%.
6. a damp proof or waterproof layer must be set under the basement or the first floor ground base.
7. the base course shall be free of sand, hollowing, cracks and potholes.
8. The empty part can be marked after being knocked for identification, and the area and specific area shall be indicated.
9. the surface of the base course in the area to be constructed shall be kept clean, and no oil stain or particle dust is allowed.
