LK200 electric 3 wheeler, low price off road cargo electric tricycles
Product Application
Electric 3 wheeler is one of our main products, using electric as power source in mining, sanitation and cleaning. It is also widely used in mine, concentrator, quarries, refractory factory, flour mill, brick factory, furnace charge factory, forest, farm and so on.
We recently upgraded the LK200 3 wheeler which loads 1500kg previous but now it can load 2000kg.
but its price is about 30% cheaper than the price of previous 3 wheeler load 2-ton.
The parameters are in the below chart, the red parts belong to LK200 3 wheeler.

Advantage & Details
1. Front shock absorption and Tire.
It use single-row big shock absorption.
The front tire: 4.50-14, rear tire:6.00-16.
2. Vehicle frame.
Its vehicle frame is bigger than previous.
It adopts the vehicle frame which used on original 2-ton truck.
If looking from the appearance, the overall frame is almost identical to the original 2-ton dump truck.
3. Spring steel plates.
It is upgraded with very 21kg weighty strong spring steel plates group which used on 2 ton electric dumpers.
4. Rear axle
Upgrading from double sprocket rear axle to a new rear axle with high and low speed gears.
There is two holes in the previous rear axle gearbox, but now there is two extra holes which means there are extra gears are added inside speed gear box.
*High and low speed gear lever
The high-speed gear can reach 35km/h which is faster than the double sprocket rear axle which used on LK135 load 1 ton mini dumpers.
5. brush motor 3kw
The new type LK200 uses 3kw brush motor which is more power than previous 2kw brush motor.
6. Cargo box thickness.
Cargo box bottom plate upgrades from 3mm thick to 5mm thick.
The side plates remain 3mm thickness.
When loading heavy goods or catching large stones with sharp corners falling from high places, the 5mm thick steel plate is more solid.
7. Hydraulic system
1) Hydraulic system:
A:1000w lifting brush motor
B: Hydraulic oil pump
C: Hydraulic oil can
D: Lifting control rod
E: Limit switch
The lifting brush motor combine with oil pump offer power to push the hydraulic oil moving to achieve cargo box's lifting and down;
The function of hydraulic oil is transfer energy,lubrication,anti-rust,cooling,etc.
The lifting control rod control the cylinder to automatic discharge the cargo,which is very easy to operate.
While the dumper add a limit switch which function is controls the electric signal, only the metal plate connects the end of limit switch, will the oil pump start up work.
2) 3-section hydraulic lift cylinder. The chrome-plated cylinder makes lifting and lowering smoother.

8. The maximum height of the cargo box is adjustable.
There are 3 holes reserved at the beam of the bottom of hopper which is used for fix the pin axle of on the top of oil cylinder. In this way, the lifting self-unloading height can be adjusted according to the working site situation.
9. Batteries and charger
This LK200 electric vehicle uses 5pcs of 12V water batteries, so it is 60V in total. Each battery weighs 30kg/pc.
The matching charger is also 60V.
Production process
1. Laser cutting machine.
Introduced and used a laser cutting machine. Unlike the previous tube benders, this is a light beam cut, so the precision is high. We mainly use it to produce vehicle frames. First cut the inside turning corners of the corresponding beams of the rectangular tube used for the beams, and then bend and weld the inside of the cutting position. The finished vehicle frame beam is still a complete one from the outside, there is no welding and welding seam on the outside, only the welding seam at the up and inside.
This process basically realizes the standardized production of the vehicle frame, and the produced frame and box can be completely matched. That is, the frame of vehicle A can also be used together with the cargo box of vehicle B. It is no longer necessary to code the vehicle frames and cargo boxes accordingly. We have started mass production of vehicle frames using this new production process on April 7 this year.
This process basically realizes the standardized production of the vehicle frame, and the produced frame and box can be completely matched. That is, the frame of vehicle A can also be used together with the cargo box of vehicle B. It is no longer necessary to code the vehicle frames and cargo boxes accordingly. 2. Shot blasting, plastic spraying and baking paint processes.
The cargo boxes, cargo plates, vehicle frames and control box are all treated with advanced shot blasting, plastic spraying and baking paint processes.
Advantages:
Good anti-rust and anti-scratch effect, strong wear resistance, bright and clean appearance, and very beautiful.
Even under the lights at night, the paint is very bright, and the overall look is very beautiful.
The traditional ordinary sanding + normal spray painting can not achieve this effect at all.
