How is the uniform shape produced?

The dry granulator adopts two rollers compaction. Between 2 rollers, there is a gap.  In the surface of the roller, it is profiled with plenty of die cavities. Feedstock (powders) is fed into the gap between two rollers by gravit and anti-caking device. With rotating in reverse of two rollers, powder are compacted into final granules directly. Powder in granules will be screened finally.
