Sure, we can. Please submit anything you have, we will contact you within 12 hours based on that.
Q2: How does the OEM/ODM it works?
You send your request to us & discuss
We send pre-design to you (1-2business days)
If you do accept pre-design, we do 3D CAD design (2 – 4 business days)
If you accept 3D CAD, we make & send samples to you (10-20 business day)
If you accept samples, we bulk manufacture the products to you 15 -25 business days.
Q3: Do I have to pay first
There is no charge for pre-design service. After we discussed based on the pre-design document, if everything is okay, we will proceed to sample making. Here are our payment terms for the next steps,
● Sample Making: Full payment needs to be cleared before 3D design.
● Bulk Manufacturing: 50% payment including shipping must be cleared before manufacture starts. Then the rest 50% payment must be cleared before shipment.
● T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Alipay are all available for your option. L/C is acceptable If a single order is more than $100,000.
Please note the transaction fee if any must be paid by the buyer as the small margin of the manufacturing price. Please be advised Paypal/Credit card will charge a transaction fee at the receiver's side.
Q4: Can I get my money back if I’m not satisfied with the sample?
No. The sample-making fee includes the follows:
1). 3D Model Design (CAD)
2). Raw Model
3). Production Mold
4). Samples (One kept for future production, one sent to you). It is non-returnable and non-refundable (except for quality defects).
