How do I get samples?
We are very glad to provide samples so that you are able to check the quality and service is up to your satisfactory. You are welcomed to get 1 to 3 samples every time, samples and shipping cost will be on buyer side. For customized samples, there maybe set up charge. To get more details, please contact us anytime.
How long is the samples lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 3-5 working days, if you want your own designs, it takes about 5-7 working days.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15 to 30 days for MOQ, we have large production capacity, which can ensure on time arrival even for bulk order.
How many colors are available?
We will make colors with pantone matching system, you will just tell us the color of pantone code you want. We can also recommend you popular colors if you are not sure the exact code or colors suitable for your idea.

What is your payment term?
