Product Advantages
1. We can customize the equipment design as per customer brewing method and brewing beer types can make beer highest to 33 Plato.
2. All Construction uses high-quality SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel, all pipes are SUS304, perfect 3mm inner shell and 2mm outer shell.
3. All tanks are equipped with specially designed jackets to ensure heating and cooling efficiency. Both cone top and shell bottom have jackets, exchanging areas are big enough.
4. The headspace of our tanks is much bigger, the total volume does not include the cover headspace.
5. 100% TIG welding process to weld the tank, jackets welding are all full welding by water, uniform dimpled cooling jacket to ensure no leaking and long life, welds passivated!
6. Our polishing is overall mirror polishing, polishing 6 times to make Ra 0.4um mirror finish, can clean 360° without dead ends.
7. Jacket testing 12 hours with air and water, jacket testing pressure is 5Bar, internal shell testing pressure is 4Bar, and before packing we will also have 48hours of water testing.
8. Strict quality control and process inspection & testing system, which all the testing records will show on our data late with the tanks shipping, with checking the list and serial numbers to track.
9. We insist on a high-end product line to manufacture our tanks, all components like chiller, exchanger, steam boiler, and Schneider/ABB electronics control systems all adopt international brands to ensure quality and convenient after-sales.

Packing & Shipping
FCL shipping
1. All piping mark numbers before shipping. Meanwhile, In order to help customers to install easily, we will provide a whole process piping installation diagram as per the installation sequence.
2. All the accessorizes for brewhouse and fermenting will be counted and packed separately.
3. Each of our ports will have a lid in case the dust goes inside during shipping. For packing, the stand tank will be fully packed in case of any salt corrosion on the sea, for horizontal tanks, tanks will be packed by a steel frame on the skid and the legs will be fixed by a thread in case of any moving during transportation.
Our Service
1. Micet provides a turnkey solution from project consulting, benefit analysis, space layout design, 3D rendering, production site, equipment design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training, and other one-stop services.
2. Micet provide installation and debugging service at a service fee (100usd) per day;
3. Micet factory marks all piping with numbers, solve any questions during your installation.
4. Micet technician will train the brewer to produce qualified craft beer.

How does Micet do quality control?
Micet will have at least 4 times inspections for each order, including materials come inspection, production process control, finished production inspection, and full line testing and inspection before shipping to ensure the final product will meet the client's requirements.
How to choose brewhouse equipment?
Brewhouse system selection for purchasing beer equipment there are about basically four types including 2 vessel brewhouse, 3 vessel brewhouse, and 4 vessel brewhouse. The combination type can be chosen depending on the client's budget, space size, local brewing process. We will also recommend according to old clients' experiences and different country brewing features.
How long is the delivery time?
1. The manufacturing time is 40 working days and will be enforced as soon as receiving the deposit.
2. The technical files (layout, drawings, etc) confirmation time shall not be included in the manufacturing time.
What is your payment term?
1. T/T transfer, 40% advance payment for start production, after paying 60% balance payment for shipping.
2. Paypal or trade assurance is available.
What is your warranty term?
Main machine guarantee for three years we'll provide free repairing. If anywhere goes wrong during. During this period accessories and electronic components will have a one-year free warranty. Anything is broken during the warranty. The replacements will be sent immediately and get within. Provide daily maintenance and technical services.
