In general flue gas temperature conditions, normal dust bag that can resist temperature below 150 °C, such as polyester,polypropylene, acrylic, nylon and other chemical fibers can basically do the job. But for the occasions of high flue gas temperature, such as: chemical factory, carbon black (white black carbon) exhaust, ironworks blast furnace gas, cement kiln exhause gas, calcium carbide furnace gas plant, foundry, steel plant flue gas, asphalt concrete mix asphalt smoke, brick kiln flue gas, coking gas, etc. Normal dust bags have not that ability. There are three reasons fo that. Firstly, these dust flue resistivity limit is not deu to electrostatic precipitator for the collection, can only be collected with a bag or other means; Secondly, reduce dust flue gas tempreature below 150 °C needs higher investment and it is limited by size of the venue; Thirdly, because the flue gas dust caontains sulfur, the separating only works on the temperature beyond the acid "dew point". Under those conditions, only FMS needle felt can do a good jib.Finishing treatment: singed,press polish,heat setting,anti-static,anti-water,anti-oil,etc.
