Product Description

Wayeal 220V Graphite Furnace AAS Laboratory Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy Machine in Lithium Ore Analysis

Product Introduction

Atomic absorption spectroscopy, or AAS, is a technique for measuring the concentrations of metallic elements in different materials. As an analytical technique, it uses electromagnetic wavelengths, coming from a light source. Distinct elements will absorb these wavelengths differently. It gives a picture of what concentrations of a specific element there is in whatever material, or liquid, is being tested.

Product Features

1. Stability: Double-beam system can automatically compensate the light source drift and wavelength drift caused by the variation of temperature (with the function of the eliminating the affection of wavelength drift on the base line stability) and electronic circuit drift so as to reach a good basic line stability.

2. Full-reflection dual-beam optical path, high optical path stability

3. High precision of measurement: Gas path system is equipped with precision pressure stabilizing and current stabilizing devices to reach stable flame and low noise. Specially designed fine light beam passes through the flame to ensure a high precision analytical test and low characteristic concentration.

4. 6 lamp holders preheat simultaneously to improve detection efficiency

Product Application

Mining and Geology – The elemental composition of minerals and rocks provide valuable information on the commercial feasibility of conducting mining activities in areas explored. After mining, the ores and minerals need to be tested for composition for the efficiency of refining operations. Similarly, trace metal analysis is of great value in prospecting for oil and water deposits.

Environmental Monitoring – Environmental monitoring for trace metal contamination of industrial effluents, oceans, rivers and lakes is important for establishing the safety of water for drinking and commercial use. It is important to establish if such samples are within the safety limits set by regulatory bodies. Environmental monitoring also plays a significant role in the evaluation and feasibility of the site for setting up commercial projects.

Materials Development – Common properties of materials such as hardness, brittleness, grain size, crystallinity and amorphous nature are significantly influenced by composition and trace metals. Trace metal analysis can provide useful information on the performance properties of such materials.

Pharmaceuticals – Trace metal analysis plays an important role in formulation development, catalyst efficiency and dosage limits. Most elements have a beneficial role up to certain prescribed limits but beyond such limits the effects are harmful.

Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer
Suitable for the analysis of low and medium temperature elements, atomization temperature at room temperature ~2200℃. The content of elements to be measured in the sample is generally analyzed in the ppm level (e.g. K, Ca, Na, Mg, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Ni, Cr, Fe, Mn, Li, In, pb, pd...) .

Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption
Suitable for the analysis of low and medium temperature elements, atomization temperature at room temperature ~ 3000°C. The content of elements to be measured in the sample is analyzed in the ppb level (e.g. Cu, Pb, Cd, Ni, Cr, Ag, Al, Mo, Ba).

HVG-A
Suitable for the analysis of metal hydrides in some elements that can easily form gaseous states with hydrogen atoms. (e.g. As, Hg (cold atom method), Se, Sn, Bi, Sb).
The elements to be measured in the samples were analyzed in the ppb level.
