Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A: Send us an inquiry e-mail, we will contact you as we receive your mail.
Q2. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A. Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q3: How long does it take to get the samples?
A: According to your designated product, it usually takes 3-7 days.
Q4: How do you conduct quality control?
A:
1. IQC material inspection;
2. For the first sample inspected by QC, QC will conduct an over-check based on the parameter list and key dimensions requested by the customer to determine whether production can continue;
3. During the processing, our IPQC will check the products every 2 hours to ensure that there are no defective products;
4. FQC will inspect the products before entering the warehouse;
5. OQC has carried out 100% inspection before leaving the factory.
