1. Can be controlled on site, remote control, outdoor protection grade IP67, moisture proof and waterproof (explosion proof);

2. The stroke control mechanism adopts silver-copper composite large contact switch, which has the characteristics of reliable control, many control points and arbitrary layout of contact states.
3. The torque control mechanism adopts two forms of silver-plated normally closed large contacts and high-performance micro-switches, which have the characteristics of high control reliability and strong adaptability;
4. The position indicating mechanism uses a small modulus to change the gear set, the display position is accurate, and the electric signal feedback of the gate position can be completed by the precision potentiometer.

 Features:

The machine is improved on the basis of QL type, and the oscillating machine base is added. In addition to the various functions of the original model, the curved door hoist and the hydraulic hoist can be used to close and open the curved door. The series of hoists are divided into single lifting point and double lifting point according to the number of lifting points.

 

According to the driving method, it can be divided into three types: manual, electric and flashlight. When the general tonnage exceeds 600Kn (single machine), the manual part is not configured.

 

The LQ series hoist is 3 KN-650KN, and the 650KN can be specially designed.

The hoist for the flashlight 30KN and above can be set to the limit switch limit device for extreme operation protection. The flashlight hoist is equipped with a limit plate as a drop limit position control.

 

According to the screw shape of the hoist, the gate lifting is selected;

 

For the screw type hoist, the following data should be provided:
1) The total length of the screw (the distance from the center of the gate hanging shaft hole to the base of the hoist) and the center distance of the lifting point;
2) Lengthen the screw part
3) Special electrical control requirements
4) Whether a screw protection device is required.
