Ni60cuMo is a high hardness nickel chromium boron silicon alloy powder. The self fusibility, wettability and spray welding properties are excellent, and the melting point is relatively low. The spray welding layer has good intergranular bonding strength. It has the characteristics of high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance, especially resistance to spot corrosion, but it is difficult to cut, so wet grinding is preferred. It is applicable to oxygen acetylene flame or plasma spray welding process, and is commonly used for preventive protection and repair of corrosion resistant, wear-resistant, especially sliding wear resistant parts, such as valves, impellers, plungers, etc.
