Application area:

This series of hydraulic press is suitable for drawing, bending, flanging, cold extruding, punching and other processes of metal materials, as well as for correction, pressing, powder products, abrasive products, pressing and forming, as well as pressing and forming of plastic products and insulating materials. It is commonly used in pressing process and pressing forming process.

Optional accessories: 

Blanking buffer device, move table, photoelectric safety protection device, oil cooling device, touch type industrial display screen, blanking device (hydraulic or mechanical), imported PLC, clamping device, mold lifter, mold shifting arm, top hydraulic system, slider locking mechanism.

 

1). Working pressure and slide stroke can be adjusted .
2).Column and piston rod with heat treatment to extend their life
3). Oil cylinder adopt welded steel frame rigid to deflection moment.
Shot blasting and specially treated against RUST.
4). Overload overflow protection is outfitted to hydraulic system,
can assure no leakage,and the oil level can be read or seen directly
5). Hydraulic support insurance circuit to prevent go down of slide out of control.
6). Electrical panel with cooling system designed to meet CE Standards and composed
of automation and electrical equipments with SIEMENS brand.
