GHL-300 High Speed Mixing Wet Granulator
1. The working principle of the machine
The powder material and the binder are fully mixed into the moist soft material by the bottom mixing slurry in the cylindrical container, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the high-speed grinding slurry placed on the side.
2. Main Features
3. The horizontal cylinder structure is adopted, and the structure is reasonable.
4. Inflatable and sealed drive shaft, which can be switched to water when cleaning.
5. Fluidized granulation, the granulation is approximately spherical, and the fluidity is good.
6. The amount of adhesive is reduced by 25% compared with the traditional process, and the drying time is shortened.
7. Each batch is dry mixed for 2 minutes and granulated for 1 to 4 minutes, and the work efficiency is 4 to 5 times higher than the traditional process.
8. Complete dry mixing → wet mixing → granulation in the same closed container, the process is reduced, and it meets the requirements of GMP.
