Situation
Now, It has basically achieved waste incineration treatment in the large and medium-size city which have the garbage about 500t/d in China; But few cities and towns which have the garbage on 300t/d, they use the incineration treatment very less. By the end of 2019, there were 1494 counties and 387 county-level cities in China, 1881 in total.
More counties have the garbage everyday between 100tons to 300tons, They basically treated it by landfill. One of the most important reason for why the incineration treatment can not be widly used by the counties which have a garbage under 300t/d is that no mature and reliable equipment suitable for small-scale waste incineration, and the economic benefit is poor.
System technical features
Domestic garbage in China counties have these features,low calorific, large fluctuates,high water content and general daily garbage is under 300tons,we develop a new series of products of vertical rotary pyrolysis, gasification and combustion of domestic waste, The rated capacity of each equipment is 50t/d, 100t/d, 125t/d and 150t/d.
Each city can choose one or two pieces, flexible combination of them according to the quantity of garbage every day to realize gasification and combustion treatment of garbage in general county-level cities. At the same time, according to the features of municipal sludge, use the heating by garbage burning to dry and dehydrate the municipal sluage, after this, put it into the gasifier for gasification and combustion to achieve the collaborative disposal of domestic waste and municipal sludge.
