2. Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes, We accept customer mix load some models in one container, but each model has to reach MOQ 100 pcs in one color.
3. Do you provide sample and after-service?
Sure, we could sample for free for our normal items before order. For our item, the warranty should be 1 year, after that we can offer you some parts with normal charging.
4. Can I ask my own design item?
Yes, we accept customized items, we have our own development and specialized sample team to support pre-sample.
5. How long is the lead time for mass production?
For regular metal chairs, lead time is 30-35days; for regular wood chairs, it is 45-60days. For the new items, the lead time will be a little longer for the first order, but for future orders, the lead time will come regularly.
