1) The epuitment  warranty for 1 year

    Attention:

a) The following parts are not covered under the warranty, printhead, consumable spare parts( wiper, damper, sheet capping, head assembly, pump, CISS)

b) Buyer must use the ink from Sailai company during the warranty, or Sailai won't provide the equipment warranty anymore.

2) After the warranty expires, if the equipment have any  equipmen damage, malfunction, renewals, etc and buyer repuire Sailai the provide services, then, buyer should pay the serviceable parts cost and the travel expenses.

3) The following situations are not included in the warranty

    a)Under abnormal operation and damage caused by the nature disater

    b)Man-made damage

    c) The damage causede by the consumable parts(such as: ink ) which are not buy from Sailai
