Application
This machine is mainly used for stentering, setting, finishing the cotton fabric, poly-cotton fabric, polyester fabric, elastic
fabric after desizing, mercerizing.
Technical Parameters 1. Machine nominal width: 1800~3600mm
2. Design mechanical speed: 10~180m/min
3. Heat source: natural gas / heat-transfer oil / electricity / steam
4. Temperature: 60~220℃
Process Flow
Open-width feeding fabric → fabric tensioning device → infrared centering device → photoelectric weft straightener → rectifying
deviation, expanding, spreading device → screw thread spreading roller → front overfeeding device → edge detector → pinning on /
clipping on → chambers setting → cold air cooling → pinning off / clipping off → back overfeeding → cold water roller for cooling
→ open-width swinging doffing / batching doffing.
The machine process can be customized according to the user’s technological requirements.
