Column type motorized pay off
This machine is suitable for extruder machine, cabling machine, stranding machine, armoring machine and drum to drum rewinding machine for all kinds of wire and cable, communication cable, steel rope manufacturing equipment.
Structural features of equipment
Ф 1250 column type motorized pay off frame is composed of underframe, sliding seat, left and right columns, pay off reducer, etc. The pay off underframe is welded with high-quality steel plate and channel steel, and the movable columns on the left and right sides are bent and welded with high-quality steel plate. The two columns respectively fix the left and right brackets, and the large bracket end is equipped with pay off reducer.
The pay off can meet the requirements of Ф 800- Ф 1250 clamping, loosening, rising, falling action. Guarantee the positioning of the bobbin is reliable. The lifting mechanism can lift left and right at the same time, or move alone. The left column can move independently, which is convenient for the clamping. The clamping force is adjustable and the overload is automatically protected. The up and down lifting adopts electrical limit protection.
The reducer adopts mechanical speed change and oil lubrication. During the active pay off, the wire and cable is automatically released through the dancer.
