BRS series mixer - high-performance dispersing mixer is designed for bottom entry into stainless steel mixing and bending vessels. It mixes, emulsifies, and disperses free-flowing particulates and liquid media with max 5,000 mPas viscosity in batch operation. Using the rotor-stator-principle, the BRS series high shear mixer is well suited for applications that cannot be accomplished using conventional stirring methods.
Features
1. Strong vortices as well as aeration are avoided with this bottom mounting design even when very low loading levels occur in the tank or vessels are emptied during stirring or dispersing. With the mechanical seal cooling design, our BRS series shear mixer can run even when liquid load has been fully discharged without damage the seal
2. Coupling flange will be offered together with all of our BRS series high shear mixers. Users can weld this flange on their stainless steel tanks / vessels. With the coupling flange, it is much more easier to disassemble the mixer from the tank body

A. cost effective design mode BRS-22L
B. standard design, with mechanical seal flush, model BRS-22
C. a higher configered design with special designed rotor, model BRS-22X
