Function Introduction:

1 Crusher: Break the raw material to below 5mm by a separately designed hammer crusher.

2 Material mixer: Double-shaft mixer to ensure stable operation, and the stainless steel water pipe installed at the edge of the mixer shall meet the water requirements of the material during toner forming.

3 Binder mixer. The adhesive binder mixer tank is placed at the top of double shaft mixer and the flow rate is controlled by the control cabinet so that the stirred binder flows evenly into double shaft mixer.

4 Z-shaped conveyor. Transport mixed material to briquette machine. by increasing the transmission angle, effectively reduce the transmission distance, so that the stirred materials continuously and evenly into briquette machine.

5 Briquette machine: Get briquette. The special design briquette machine uses side discharge.  Achieve automatic separation of the finished briquette and slag.
