1700C vacuum muffle furnace ZMF 1700C III with chamber size 250x300x250mm 18.7L

ZMF-1700C-III is a self-developed high-temperature atmosphere muffle furnace. This
instrument is specially designed for sintering or annealing materials in a hydrogen environment
or an inert gas environment, and the maximum temperature can be as high as 1700 °C.
ZMF-1700C-III uses alumina fiber as furnace material, molybdenum wire as heating element,
furnace door and furnace top are sealed with high temperature silicone rubber, furnace door is
equipped with water cooling system. There are air inlets, air outlets and vacuuming ports on
the furnace body to ensure the sealing performance of the instrument when it is working. For
materials that need to be sintered in an inert gas or reducing gas environment (such as
fluorescent materials, titanium alloys, etc.), ZMF-1700C-III is a very good choice.

Technical parameters

1.Adopting a double-layer shell structure with air-cooling and water-cooling systems to ensure
normal and stable operation of the equipment at high temperatures;
2.The equipment is equipped with a digital vacuum gauge to ensure that the negative pressure
of the cavity can reach 20KP. And can withstand 3 atmospheres of positive pressure;
3 If pure hydrogen atmosphere is used, the instrument can be equipped with hydrogen control
(if the flame of hydrogen burning at the outlet end will be extinguished when the instrument is
working, the inlet valve will be automatically closed);
Heating chamber: 250x 250x 300 mm ;
4.The furnace is made of alumina fiber and coated with alumina coating (which can prevent
slag from the furnace and improve energy utilization);
5.Continuous working temperature: 1600℃ ;
6.Maximum temperature: 1700℃;
7.Electrical control: power regulator control, to ensure the stability of the current throughout the
experimental process, increase the service life of components.
8.Control method: dual control of industrial control instrument and LCD screen, temperature,
