F9323 is a DIY type gasoline engine fuel system cleaning additive with excellent cleaning, dispersing, emulsion breaking, corrosion inhibition and anti-oxidation properties. After adding the required dose, the engine can effectively remove injector, intake valve and combustion chamber deposits in one tank of fuel. Injector, intake valve and combustion chamber deposits. Deposit formation:
Diolefins, PAHs, and heavy sulfur/nitrogen compounds in gasoline are highly susceptible to oxidation, decomposition, and condensation at high temperatures, forming polar substances insoluble in gasoline that continue to adsorb and accumulate on metal surfaces, forming deposits that are difficult to be removed (commonly known as carbon deposits).
The impact of deposits on different parts
Injector deposits:
Poor fuel injection atomization, resulting in cold start difficulty, idle shuddering, and weak acceleration.
Combustion chamber deposits:
Affect the engine compression ratio, as well as heat dissipation performance, resulting in engine burst, cylinder pressure deficiency, exhaust emissions deterioration.
Intake valve deposits:
Causes the intake valve to close poorly or sticky valve, resulting in insufficient cylinder pressure, cold start difficulty, idle speed shaking, etc.





The common polyisobutylene amine cleaners are effective in cleaning intake valve/injector deposits, but they can lead to an increase in combustion chamber deposits, creating a potential risk of detonation and wear. Especially when used in fuel system cleaning additives, large doses and short periods of use can cause a sharp increase in the probability of cleaning accidents. This product uses synthetic terminal amino polyether, which has suitable high temperature stability and decomposition, and can effectively remove injector and intake valve deposits, but also ensure complete decomposition in the high temperature of the combustion chamber, and can significantly remove combustion chamber deposits. Its data on reducing total combustion chamber deposits is confirmed by the M111 bench test institute of the National Academy of Environmental Sciences. For direct-injection engines, F9323 provides perfect performance, removing more than 95% of combustion chamber deposits.



● Simulated intake valve deposit cleaning decline rate of 100%
Referring to the test method in Appendix A of CAQI 1311-2016 "Gasoline Engine Fuel System Free Cleaning Fluid", the test conditions were changed to set the deposit collector temperature at 175°C, deposit mass at 18 mg, gasoline dosage at 0.5% (by volume), and injection time at 10 minutes, and the decrease rate of simulated intake valve deposit cleaning was up to 100%. The test data showed that F9323 has excellent cleaning functionality.



● The antirust property and emulsion breaking property both meet the requirements.
The emulsion breaking index can reflect whether the product is emulsified in watery fuel (usually gasoline contains 100-200ppm of water), and the failure of emulsion breaking can easily cause the gasoline filter element to be blocked and then produce poor oil supply, and even cause the engine to stall due to the interruption of oil supply. In the domestic similar products, consumer disputes caused by unqualified emulsion breaking are more common and need special attention.

The rust prevention measurement is also aimed at gasoline containing free water, as the presence of water can cause corrosion to metal, qualified products should have excellent rust prevention function, which can completely eliminate the rust damage of water to metal.

F9323 has 0% rust prevention (rust rate) after blending in gasoline at 0.5% (by volume) of the specified addition. In terms of emulsion breaking property, the interface is level 1b and phase separation is ≤2, both of which meet the quality requirements of GB 19592 "Gasoline Detergent for Vehicles" and can effectively eliminate the engine damage caused by insufficient emulsion breaking and rust prevention properties.

● Excellent oxidative stability
Due to the structural characteristics of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, polyether products have an inherent deficiency of poor oxidative stability, and usually have a shelf life of no more than six months without nitrogen-filled storage (consult with the manufacturer). If the formulation is not oxidation stability treatment, the original excellent performance of the product will be extended with the storage time and rapid failure. The antioxidant formula is designed to prevent acidification and decomposition of the end-amino polyether, which effectively extends the safe storage period from half a year to more than 3 years.
