How to Use
Use Frequency:
Commercial GYM
Operate 12h each day, add lubricant oil each 10 days, 20ml each time.
Operate 8h each day, add lubricant oil each 15 days, 20ml each time.
Operate 4h each day, add lubricant oil each 30 days, 20ml each time.
Home exercise
Operate 1h or more each day, add lubricant oil each 20 days, 10-15ml each time.
Operate 0.5-1h each day, add lubricant oil each 30 days, 10-15ml each time.
Operate 0.5h or less each day, add lubricant oil each 60 days, 10-15ml each time.
Use Method:
1.Open the left running belt, pure the lubricant oil onto the running board along the running direction, control the dosage to be 5-8ml.
2.Open the left running belt, pure the lubricant oil onto the running board along the running direction,control the dosage to be 5-8ml.
3.Power on the treadmill and adjust the speed within 3km/h, please stand on the belt and run,tread the area which has the lubricant oil to make the oil spread evenly.
