Q1: When will you ship the goods and how long will it take to receive it?

A1: Dear, mostly we send out our products to express warehouses in no more than 3 days after payment done. And the warehouses will spend 2-3 days (checking the products, arranging the deliveries). As you know, nowadays all the express lines are very busy than they are ever were, so we will have to wait for our turns. We used to send our product to UPS and FedEx whose delivery time is 3-7 working days. But now it takes about 10-14 days for you to get the items after payment (we will inform you when the state of the packages is updated so you can check it) . If you need to have a faster delivery, we recommend the FEDEX IP, which takes about 7 working days while the cost is 1.5-2 times more than what we are using now.
