Double Axes Shredder Blade
The double shaft shredder machine is capable of handling most material such as the bucket, basin, drum, aluminum cans, cartons, papers, etc. and it is widely used in various fields as an effective solution with capacity up to 3T kg/h.
The blades are very important parts for the shredder machine. We can make the blades according to the buyer's drawing.
1. Blade material: 9CrSi, SKD-11, 6CrW2Si, Cr12MOV, D2 and other special tool steel
2. Hardness: HRC 50-63 for could shears, HRC 45-63 for hot shears
3. High precision surface, burr-free
4. Strict quality management system
