►The fuselage adopted welded structure: it consists of an upper beam, a slide block, a workbench, an upright post, a main cylinder, hydraulic system and electrical system components. The column uses the high quality 45# forging steel, four column surface intermediate frequency quenching, after crossing the chromium treatment, the hardness of the parts can reach HRC38-42. Press tonnage is realized by a piston cylinder, a cylinder body are high-quality 45# forging steel, the surface of the piston rod through the intermediate frequency quenching, the hardness can reach HRC38-42, the service life is more longer. The main oil cylinder seals using imported materials, sealing ring, to ensure reliable sealing. Table and slide block are composed of T type groove, in order to mold installation.

Hydraulic System:

►The hydraulic system device is arranged on the right side of the fuselage, with cartridge integrated system, flexible action, reliable work, good sealing performance. The hydraulic pump comprises an oil tank, a high-pressure pump, motor,cartridge valves and other components, the tank is welded with steel plates,the tank using sealed oil tank, oil zone and back to oil tank is provided with aseparate, cleaning windows and oil drain plug, so that the cleaning and changing is convenient. Oil pump suction mouth check formula oil suction filter,ensure that the oil cleanliness, to ensure the service life of the pump and valve.

Electrical Control System:
