Product Description
JK-T1 Tape Edge Machine (lock stitch)
The machine sewing effect very stable. The only downside is that the sewing head and table needs to be raised and lowered manually.
This machine is mainly for tape edge sewing for mattress. In addition, it also can be used for others, such as bed quilts, soft sofa cushion and sleeping bags.
Permance
Top rotary hook, continous sewing, free stop at any point, sewing precedure and speed controlled by knee control lever, manual table lift .
This machine adopts the typical head. Chain stitch is formed by two or more sets of threads named needle thread and looper thread. Lock stitches are form by two sets of a thread name needle thread and bobbin thread. Thread consumption of chain stitch is higherthan lock stitch. Thread consumption of lock stitches is less than chain stitches.
Manual lift head
Hand-crank up and down sewing head. Ascent or descent the table to a suitable sewing position.
