Precautions | 1. The most suitable selecting base material’s PH value should be 7~9. 2. Photochromic materials’ light fatigue occuring because of high humidity and excessive UV light exposure, it is recommended to add light absorber and antioxidant to reduce its light fatigue. 3. While using additives, such as antioxidant, heat stabilizer, UV light absorber and inhibitor, to increase the light fatigue of the photochromic material, the additives’ adding ratio is based on the using media set, error ratio will accelerate light fatigue. 4. Photochromic material do not contain any harmful substance to human, it meet the safety standards of toys and food packaging. 5. Temperatures resistance: 220 centigrade. |
Photosensitive discoloration products have many applications.
I.Coating:
Applicable to all kinds of surface coating products, such as PMMA spraying paint, ABS spraying paint, PVC spraying paint, water-based spraying paint and so on.
II.Ink:
Applicable to printing based on all kinds of materials such as fabric, paper, synthetic membrane, glass, etc.
III.Plastic products:
Applicable to ejection, pressing and forming of various plastic materials, products including high-concentration photosensitive PE master batch products and photosensitive PMMA, master batch products.
Application Methods
I.Add 1 to 1.5 times of solvent to the pigment.
II.Stir the paste dispersion.
III.Add 3 to 6 times of gold vanish to the mixture This does not make sense – what gold? Do you mean varnish?
IV.Mix thoroughly and adjust the viscosity as needed.
V.It is best to agitate with vane-type or disc-type disperser under medium speed.
