Wet Drum Magnetic Separator
The Wet Drum Magnetic Separator is mainly used for iron ore beneficiation , remove the iron tramp as the impurity form the industrial materials by wet processing. It’s also used in the heavy media recovery in some mineral processing process or slag recycling industry, or to protect the WHIMS. Con-current , countercurrent , and counter rotation tank style are optional for different applications.
Products features
Magnetic material is the most important part of high intensity wet drum magnetic drum separator. LONGI uses high coercive force and high class NdFeb rare earth super strength magnet. Magnet is of high coercive force and rare earth super strength magnet is coated chrome, which makes sure the demagnetization less than 3% in 10 years. The magnetic intensity of a small block of rareearth magnet is even higher than 4000Gs. While, the ferrite magnet is only max 1000Gs intensity at its surface. Magnet blocks are fitted on yoke plate by wrapped stainless steel cover to ensure the firmness of the magnet elements, to avoid magnetic block falling off from the magnetic yoke.
