Q: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
A: We can provide standard samples free of charge, but you need to pay shipping fee properly. Customized samples need to charge sample fee.
Q: What is the lead time for samples?
A: Usually samples will be sent out to you about 1-2 days. Customized samples may take 2-4 days.
Q: What is the lead time for delivery?
A: In general we are able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 7-15 days since
order of confirmation fixed.
Q: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A: Yes, And you also have two options as below:
(1)Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items. (2) Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items.

A: We provide two ways of shipping, ocean shipping and Air Shipping. Usually Small orders will be sent by Express courier like DHL, UPS, Fedex, Huge order can be shipped by ocean shipping, you can also choose the way you like.

A: T/T , L/C or Western union 30% deposit, the 70% balance before shipping!
