Character: blue liquid, 2 × Taq PCR Mix is 2 × Concentrated premixed solution for PCR amplification, containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTP mixture, buffer and other necessary components for PCR amplification (except templates and primers)
Purpose: Biochemical research. When used, only templates and primers need to be added to the amplification system to carry out PCR, which greatly simplifies the operation process, shortens the operation time, and reduces pollution (the number of samples added is reduced). At the same time, because the system contains enhancers, it can significantly enhance the sensitivity of PCR amplification. The amplified product has 3 '- dA protruding end. Taq DNA polymerase is a thermostable recombinant Taq DNA polymerase from thermophilic bacteria Thermous aquaticus, with a molecular weight of 94 KD. The length of the amplified fragment can reach 5 kb (simple template). The elongation rate is 0.9-1.2 kb/min (70-75 ℃). The enzyme has 5 '→ 3' polymerase activity and no 3 '→ 5' exonuclease activity.
Storage: stored at - 20 ℃ for 12 months, and stored at 4 ℃ for a short period of one week to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Note: If the storage temperature is lower than - 30 ℃ for a long time or in case of sudden freezing of dry ice, the color of this product will become light until yellow (related to the degree of rapid freezing). After testing, the change does not affect the use effect.
