1.The up and down movement of the capping head is realized by the capping cam, which is fixed and cannot be rotated.
2.The horizontal cap-arranging hopper can effectively ensure that the cap is not damaged during the cap-arranging process. The hopper is equipped with an automatic cover removal mechanism, which has a simple structure and reliable performance.
3.The cap is transported to the cap removal tray through the slide way, and then sent to the cap screwing head from the cap removal tray to ensure accurate and reliable cap removal. 7.The magnetic torque type capping head is used to realize the functions of grasping and capping, ensuring that the cap is screwed tightly without damage.
