A:We provide 3-5 years quality assurance for brass faucets of different quality grades and 1-2 years quality assurance for zinc faucets and 2-3 years for Shower Stes . If it is determined that any defects were caused by us, the replacement or repair part will be sent in the next order.
4:How long is your production time?
A:It depends on your order quantity. Normally , it takes 15-25 work days after deposit received. While for larger order, we will catch up your shipment over time.
5:How can I get samples?
A:We are honored to provide the samples for you. It could be sent by UPS, FedEx or DHL or other international express you like.

B:Our factory can laser logo on the product and print logo on the box according to the customer's request. The customer need to provide us with the logo authorizatrion letter so that we can laser and print logo with customers' permission.
