RDX stainless steel sanitary high viscosity flexible impeller pump for milk, yogurt, foods, chemicals, etc.

 

 

 

Flexible impeller pump (flexible pump) is an economic displacement pump for fluids with high viscosity, density, with solids. The unique structure make it is different from traditional centrifugal pump, screw pump and lobe pump. The impeller is made of rubber, The elastic impeller collides with the pump chamber of different sizes, resulting in deformation, resulting in pushing pressure. Thus this pump has very good ability of self-priming. The elasticity of the impeller makes it resistant to damage. Compared with lobe pump and screw pump, it has simple structure with lower cost. So it is an economic pump. The flexible impeller makes it is easy to maintenance.

Flexible pump by Ronda is high cost performance pump. It is widely used in bellow applications with three impellers available for your choice:

 

Silicone

NBR (nitrile -butadiene rubber)

EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer)

 

 

 

Silicone Impeller application:

Sewage treatment-Sewage with solids, fiber.

Condiments and Foodstuff: Honey, jam, drinks, batter, milk, yogurt, chocolate, wine, beer.

Cosmetic products: Shampoo, soapsuds, etc.

 

 

NBR Impeller application:

Chemicals: Bitumen, Acetylene, Ethanol, Ethylene glycol, Fatty acids, lime water, various amines, alcohols, ethers, organic salts, inorganic salts, and other chemical liquids.

Oil and gas: Freon, propane, butane, propanol, butanol, all kinds of light and heavy oil and gas.

Oils: Gasoline, diesel oil, lubricating oil, diesel oil, oil, silicone oil, glycerin, kerosene, butter, tung oil, animal and vegetable oil.

 

EPDM Impeller application:

Chemical liquids which are not suitable for all kinds of silicone and NBR. Such as:

Acetaldehyde, acetamide, acetoacetate, acetone, amyl alcohol, ammonia, sulfur, isopropanol, ethanol, dilute hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, salicylic acid, dilute nitric acid, various sulfate, sodium hydroxide, etc
