Small concrete mixing equipment
A twin-shaft mixer is used, which consists of a stirring shaft, a stirring arm, a stirring knife, and a transmission system. The stirring system rotates in opposite directions by means of parallel twin-horizontal shafts, and its direction is clockwise at the shaft end and to the right side of the head or tail; the left side runs counterclockwise. The mixing arms on the double shafts are spaced at 90° in the radial direction, and the double shaft mixing arms run staggered. The arrangement of the mixing arms and shovel blades varies with the model of the mixer, and a perfect and uniform mixing effect can be achieved in a short period of time.
