INSTALLATION DETAILS
1. Align the three mounting holes of the driving device with the mounting holes on the frame, and install the driving device on the frame. Pay attention to the leading direction of the cable. The driving device should not squeeze the cable.
2. Align the three mounting holes of the driving device with the mounting holes on the frame, and insert the three dedicated M8 screws into the three mounting holes from the right side of the frame. Fix three M8 lock nuts and washers on the screw from the left side, and the tightening torque is 35N.m.
3. Connect the connectors of all cables to the connectors of drive unit cables (the cable arrangement method shall be applicable to rack adapters. The power bus consists of battery positive cable, battery negative cable and battery communication cable). Use three M4 * 8 bolts to fix the drive cover to the rack adapter. Tightening torque is 1.5N.m.
