RUST GUARD Nano-Titanium heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating: By cross-linking Nano micelle and various organic composites after modification. RUSTGUARD Nano-Titanium Heavy-Duty anti-corrosion coating provides a superfine film blocking, anti-corrosive medium.When coupled with corrosion-resistant metals or other non-metal properties, this coating will be greatly enhanced in its heavy corrosion protection capabilities. Added Ti-Mo-Ni alloys, Ti-Ni alloys, Ti-AI-V alloy. T-Pt alloy and T-Ta alloys, RUST GUARD Nano-Titanium coat has superior corrosion resistance even in very hard corrosive condition. When properly installed by a certified applicator, RUST GUARD Nano-Titanium Heavy Duty anti- corrosion coating carries a warranty of up to 10 years.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Surface Preparation:

Remove surface oil, dirt and grease thoroughly with a suitable detergent. Remove salt and any other contaminants by high pressure fresh water wash.

Sand blast to near white metal by use of a power tool.

Priming:

Brush STEEL MATE^® Neutralizer in the sand blasted areas. Allow 8 hours to dry before brushing on one coat of RUST GUARD Nano-Titanium Heavy-Duty anti-corrosion coating(oil base). STEEL MATE^® Neutralizer should only be applied with a roof brush and never by way of a roller or spray.

 

APPLICATION

Apply RUST GLARD Nano Base coat to the whole area requiring heavy-duty anti-corrosion. Allow 8 hours to dry before applying RUST GUARD Nano-Titanium Top coat. Both RUST GUARD Nano Base and Top coats may be applied by brush, roller or spraying

We do not expect you, the contractor, to know everything about our products and we absolutely do not want a scenario whereby the wrong product is being used for the wrong application. That doesn’t do anything for your reputation, or for ours.

 

Consequently, we shall undertake to review and assess roofing and waterproofing scenarios with you. We will never propose an Hydroseal product solution just to sell you something. If the situation calls explicitly for a silicon based product, for example, we shall advise you so, even though we lose a sale. Far better we keep the contractor happy and have him come back to us than us squander that relationship for quick money.

Hydroseal is well aware that a warranty can kill a sale. We want to enhance your business, not damage it. Consequently, an Hydroseal Warranty is a user-friendly document that will not frighten your clients off.
