Complete cooking oil production line
complete cooking oil production line mainly include three part. Oil seeds pretreatment pressing line, solvent extraction plant, crude oil refinery plant
Project 1: oil seeds pretreatment pressing/pre-pressing line
Complete oil pressing plant is used to press various oil seeds(sunflower, cotton seed, peanut, soybean, rice bran, corn germ, mustard, rapeseed, coconut/copra,olive, sesame, castor bean,palm kernel and so on). the output is crude oil and cake. crude oil will be sent to oil refinery workshop, cake will be sent solvent extraction workshop or sell .
The mainly process : Input Raw material(oil seeds)--cleaning machine--crushing--flaking--cooking--pressing/pre-press--filter--Output(crude oil &cake )
Project 2: solvent extraction plant
By taking advantage of oil and the organic solvents can dissolve with each other .use n-hexane oil react with pretreatment low oil content oil seeds( rice bran, soybean,corn germ) or pressed oil cake getting from oil pressing workshop(sunflower, groundnut, cottonseed,rapeseed and so on) , extract crude oil,crude oil will be sent to another oil refinery plant for further refining. oil residue will be lower than 1% . and meal is more suitable for animal feed.
Main process of solvent extraction plant :Input Raw material ( cake& processed oil seeds) --Solvent extraction system--D.T.D.C system --Condenser system--recovery system-Output( crude oil & meal )
Project 3: crude oil refinery plant
It is used to refine crude oil from oil pressing plant/solvent extraction plant into edible oil/cooking oil. we have three method oil refining plant: batch oil refinery plant(chemical type), semi-continuous oil refinery plant and full continuous oil refinery plant(full continuous), we will design suitable machine according to your capacity and requirement
the main process of oil refinery plant: Input raw material(crude oil)--degumming--deacidification--bleaching/decolorization--deodorization --refined oil(edible oil )
Project 4: oil fractiontion plant/oil dewaxing plant/oil winterization plant
After refining, some oil will directly be sent to oil filling machine. some oil need further process.
1. palm oil fractionation plant: After refining, RBD palm oil will be sent to palm oil fractionation plant for further processing, finally will get palm olein and palm stearin
2. oil dewaxing plant/oil winterization : like sunflower oil, corn germ oil, rice bran oil, after refining, there are still have wax in the oil, thus need another oil dewaxing plant to remove wax in the oil. Like cottonseed oil, it need further oil winterization plant for getting 1 grade edible oil .
