However, for all our machines, we have specific manuals and explanation videos to follow and install the machine.Every customer we also have one special wechat/ whatsapp group chat with technician inside to offer all necessary help on line.

Answer: If the machine does not work, you can send us an email or call us.We will form a group and our engineers will be inside to guide how to solve the problem. Video call or video conference will all be available 7*24.

Answer: YES! We can customize our machine to your local voltage.
