ZL910 Wheel Loader is a kind of front wheel loader with single bucket ,articulated and hydraulic unloading. It has been developed and designed in accordance with user requirements, reference models after absorption of domestic and similar structural features and advanced technology.
It is widely used in the construction, municipal engineering, urban and rural gardens, lime, sand, cement factories, mines and other enterprises and institutions and departments. It is particularly applied to the narrow space for the loading operation of stone,sand and other construction materials.The main components of the loader are used brand-name manufacturer's products,

Main Features of ZL910 Wheel Loader
2.Adopting central articulated frame and load-sensing hydraulic steering gear that can make the track of rear wheels of the wheel loader coincide with the track of its front wheels when turning to make the turning radius short, which enables it to work on a narrow site and makes it have easy and flexible operation, safe and reliable performance, compact structure and easy maintenance;
3.Adopting four-wheel drive, low-pressure wide-base off-road tire and pendular rear axle that can make the wheel loader have good off-road performance, traffic ability and more traction;
4.Fully enclosed glass cab with adjustable and suspension seat can provide comfortable driving and wide view. Electric Fan is standard configuration. Air-conditioner is optional.
5.Using 20.5/70-16 tyres to increase the stability of whole machine and the service life of tyre.
6.Brake system adopts oil brake, Air Brake is optional upon request.
7.This wheel loader adopts YJ240 integral type torque converter, and the whole machine is fully hydraulic automatic transmission;
8.This compact wheel loader can be equipped with pilot control system (joystick control )to make it easy to operate and increase the hydraulic performance of the whole machine;
9.Power system adopts YUNNEI,YN25GB, 37 kW, Naturally-Aspired, Fuel-Efficient, environmentally friendly, 4-cylinder engine to make this compact wheel loader have strong power and high acceleration, which greatly increase its high working efficiency;
10.This compact wheel loader could be equipped with quick hitch , and this quick hitch enables this compact wheel loader to change quickly among multiple attachments, such as hay grapple, grass fork, wood fork, timber grapple, pallet fork, bale grapple, four-in-one bucket, straight snow blade, V-shaped snow plow, snow bucket, drum grab, barrel grapple, snow blower, street sweeper and sand bucket etc.

Integral Type YJ265 Torque Converter
The torque converter adopted is a kind of integral type torque converter. The flow rate of work gear pump is 50 mL/r and flow rate of walking gear pump is 16 mL/r.
Articulated Structure and Oil Service Brake
1.Articulated Structure make the track of rear wheels of the wheel loader coincide with the track of its front wheels when turning to make the turning radius short, which enables it to work on a narrow site.
2.The propel shaft is on the above of steering cylinder, which could ensure our wheel loader run more stable during the shoveling operation.

Deepened Bucket with Removable Fork and Scraper in the front
The width ,depth and span of bucket is 1300 mm ,450 mm and 850 mm respectively. The total volume of the bucket is about 0.5 m3 . The more bigger bucket with of 1500 mm and 1800 mm width bucket is optional upon request. The front of the bucket is equipped with wear-resistant removable fork and scraper, which facilitate earth-moving operation in the construction site.
Isuzu Reduction Axle fitted with Wide Semi-solid Herringbone-shape Tyre
The drive axle is kind of Shorten ISUZU Reduction Axle , while the drive mode is 4x4 . The loader is equipped with Agricultural type semi-solid Herringbone-shape wide tyre. The Tyre model is 20.5-16, and its width and diameter is 310 mm and Ø860 mm respectively, which could ensure our loader work safe on muddy and bumpy road.
Deluxe Driver's Cab with Auto Transmission, Ergonomic Seat &Alarming Buzzer
The transmission of this wheel loader is kind of automatic transmission. And the lifting and withdrawing of bucket is controlled by the single handle type mechanical control device.
It is very convenient for user to operate.
The ergonomic seat has the shock absorption function and is equipped with safety Belt. The portable fire extinguisher and safety hammer are also situated inside the cab.
During the driving backwards process, the alarm lamp will flash and the buzzer will horn , which could improve driving safety. The air conditioner is optional upon request.
