Toggle Clamp Overview:
The Toggle Clamp (Quick Release KF Clamp) is used to connect vacuum plumbing and process systems in combination with vacuum pumps or vacuum components. Toggle Clamp has the advantage of quick release and quick locking back onto KF-25, NW-25 or QF25 Flange.

The Toggle Clamp is used in conjunction with a centering ring with a fitted O-ring for mating KF25 vacuum flanges.

The Toggle Spring Loaded Clamps are available in the following sizes: KF 10/16, KF 25, KF 40, KF 50.

The Toggle Clamps are made out of Aluminum.

KF Flanges (also referred to as NW Flange) assemblies consist of two Flanges, a Center-Ring and an aluminum Clamp. Toggle Clamps are assembled with Cotter Pin to prevent accidental release of the toggle lever.

A uniform application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the O-Ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to generate the vacuum seal.
